A rapidly emerging town located on the other side of the highway from the Mussafah Industrial Area and close to Khalifa City A, again, this area is situated off the main island of Abu Dhabi but with good highway links into the city, which depending on time of day the city is not too far from reach.  There are a variety of living lifestyles on offer in this new area ranging from studio to three and four bedroom apartments and  some stunning stand alone villas or smaller compound style villas. 

There are new shops popping up daily now as this new area starts filling up with new families and people are beginning to see the benefits of this area due to its easy access to Dubai and Al Ain.  Closest schools would be Cambridge School or traveling to Khalifa City to either Al Raha International or Al Yasmina School.  This growing town will eventually offer a whole community of life style living to suit a wide genre of residents.
