These two locations are situated next to each other, they are quiet and good locations which are popular among the expat community due to its convenient location and the living compounds that are available.  The main compounds that are available for rent, of which there are two, consist mainly of 4 and 5 bedroom villas and also offer communal leisure facilities such as gyms and shared pools.  There is also availability now and again of individual villas – a mix of old and new and some low rise apartment buildings that come up now and again to rent.  This a lovely, peaceful , spacious and green area to live in and as such, parking is not an issue due its large open spaces.  You have easy access to a variety of shopping malls and schools from this area – all easy to reach within 20-30 minutes depending on time of day.
